Whenever I have an issue whether it’s a drain that has backed up, changing of a kitchen water dispenser, installing a central air unit or remodeling the bathroom, they handle each concern promptly and are excellent. Whenever something goes wrong or breaks down, all I have to do is make a call and someone is at my house by the next day if not the same day. I would (and have) recommended Lake Park to anyone! My experience with Lake Park Management has been great! I don’t have any communication issues. When I need to get in contact with someone from the office they are available. Anytime pertinent information is given from the condo association I am alerted and that is something I can appreciate.
